Bridge to Hope Education and Support Group

Since 2012, Bridge to Hope has brought caregivers together to learn from experts and from each other.

An older woman's hand and a younger woman's hand rest a few inches apart on a scuffed wooden kitchen table.

What it is

Bridge to Hope is an eight-week education and support group for families and caregivers, offered since 2012. It meets on eight consecutive Tuesday evenings, from 7:00 to 8:30 pm, over Zoom.

What to expect

Weeks two through six feature professionals, including a medical doctor, psychiatrist, social worker, psychologist, and dietitian, presenting on eating disorder topics. In week seven, experienced caregivers share their own stories and insights. Throughout, you will find support from others who understand.

Who it's for

Anyone offering support to someone with an eating disorder: parents, step-parents, spouses, partners, siblings, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and friends.
