Family Consultation

Parents and caregivers do not cause eating disorders, and research shows they are among the very best resources for recovery. We are here to help you help the person you love.

What it is

When someone you love is struggling with an eating disorder, it affects the whole family. Parents, partners, siblings, and friends all feel the weight of it. Our family consultation is here to support you as you support them.

Who it's for

Anyone worried about a loved one who may have an eating disorder, or already supporting someone through one. You do not need a diagnosis to reach out.

How we help

Many families want to help but feel unprepared, unsure, or short on the practical skills to make a difference. We will help you build confidence, understand the illness, and look after yourselves along the way.
